    I just bought a Becher photo of a top of a building. I am trying to identify the bulding.
    The statue is of horses drawing a carriage and the carriage has a large eagle in it with a vertical halo over it. A friend told me he has seen this rather unusual statue in NYC.
    If you can help me, I would be grateful.
